Chelsea Christmas Lights and more from 19 November

The Christmas spirit will soon arrive in Sloane Square. Beginning on Saturday, November 19, children and parents may make their way through the snow-covered trees to reach Santa, where they can spend a half-hour listening to his holiday tales before leaving with a present. The Grotto will be scented with snow by Diptyque, who recently opened their UK flagship on Sloane Street, adding an extra touch of fantasy. The cost of each child’s ticket is £15 (plus the cost of one accompanying adult), of which 50p will be donated to the Kensington + Chelsea Foundation.

Bavarian curling, one of the oldest winter sports, has returned to Sloane Square. The curling rink, which is a part of the winter terrace, is surrounded by sparkling lights and delivers fast-paced holiday entertainment for friends and family. Groups of eight can reserve tickets online for £7.50 each, but individuals must do so on the day of the performance of their choice. There may be a waiting list for tickets, and sturdy footwear is advised!

You can book tickets here for these two events or just go and admire the lights, enjoy the atmosphere and do some shopping.
