Exhibition on Jam and Style Council in Brighton

The Jam & The Style Council story will be brought to life this summer with a collection of previously unseen memorabilia, which will be released on Saturday, July 30 in the United Kingdom. The exhibition explores the unique significance of the two bands and runs until Monday, August 31st, so don’t miss out! What is the connection between the Jam and the Style Council? Simple, Paul Weller. Having been a mod, this exhibition is appropriately held in Brighton, where mods used to congregate. Who can forget the film Quadrophenia?

Tickets can be found here.

In the “Stanley Road room,” expect to see the history of the two bands from the beginning, including books from Paul’s school and archive family photos from the early years.

Each room will feature iconic objects from each year of the band’s career, as well as a massive collection of band memorabilia and instruments, including Paul’s iconic Whaaam! guitar and stunning fashion clothing flanked by custom Jam scooters.
