Good news for Kindle users

From the end of 2022, users will be able to email ePub files to their Kindles, according to Amazon, who made the announcement without fanfare.
However, this implies that the Kindle will not be able to read ePub files natively. Instead, you’ll have to use the Send to Kindle option to convert ePub files to Kindle format.

In the last 15 years, the most popular e-reader has refused to read the ePub format, which is the most common ebook format used by most online publishers. There are several ways to convert ePub files into MOBI files for the Kindle but it’s always fiddly especially for less technologically minded users.  In future, it should be easier.
