The latest theory about the Loch Ness monster is downright strange

According to the Scottish newspaper The Daily Record , Professor Michael Sweet of Molecular Ecology at Derby University has a really strange theory about what the Loch Ness monster is. In fact, he thinks that the monster is nothing more than a whale penis during the mating season.

The Professor claims that many sea monster drawings are nothing more than private parts of the male whales waiting their turn to mate with ta female. He posted photos on Twitter as evidence of his theory of him.

Back in day, travelers / explorers would draw what they saw. This is where many sea monster stories come from ie. tentacled and alienesque appendages emerging from the water – giving belief to something more sinister lurking beneath… .however, many cases it was just whale dicks. pic.twitter.com/6ZH1nJZvB1

On April 4th a tourist claimed to have captured what he believed to be Nessie lurking more than 120 meters under the surface with a sonar. Was it a whale? And what is a whale doing in a Scottish lake? Who does it mate with? Does that mean there are several whales in the lake? Professor Sweet hasn’t solved the mystery, if anything, he has made it more complicated.
