The Queen becomes a Barbie for the Platinum Jubilee

There are a plethora of activities and events planned to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee. There are several options available, ranging from street parties to a list of 70 novels. Mattel, on the other hand, has transformed the queen into a Barbie. The doll, which was created to be a resemblance of the queen, will be unveiled today in celebration of the Queen’s 96th birthday.
You can see it here in all its glory and also buy, it costs 75 dollars. Featuring elements from the monarch’s history, the doll is clad in an ivory frock with a blue ribbon and includes a blue ribbon. As previously stated by Mattel, the Queen / Barbie dons the tiara she wore on her wedding day, as well as pink and blue ribbons that are modelled after the ones she received as a wedding gift from her father, King George VI, and from her grandfather, King George V. Elizabeth has two birthdays, the real one on April 21st and the official one of the sovereign, which is celebrated in June when the weather is typically warm enough for outdoor activities to take place.
